    TOPIC:  Adjusters and many other insurance claims professionals are quite concerned about the new claims handling rules and regulations, so the Washington OIC provided an overview of the 4-hour to full day presentation of how the new rules and regulations will impact claims-handling systems, procedures, and processes.
    This hour-long course presented by PSAA/OCAA education chair, Roger Howson, David Mandt of Professional Adjusters, and Mike Adams of PNW Claims will re-introduce the new claims-handling rules and regulations, explain the requirements for compliance, penalties for non-compliance, and answer basic questions.
